| Our 3-bedroomed home is situated in the Founders Neighbourhood, a short 3-minute walk from the beach, the Inn at Loreto Bay, and our neighbourhood pool. All nearby courtyards and walkways are completed and beautifully landscaped with local plants and shrubs like bourgainvillea, flowering vines, and palm trees. The ground floor is set round a courtyard with plants and a fountain. There are two bedrooms on this floor each with a queen-size bed; one has an ensuite and its own small garden while the other has a separate, adjacent bathroom. The fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room open onto the interior courtyard. If needed, the sofa opens out to become another bed (so the house will comfortably sleep 8 people). The house is air-conditioned and also has fans. There are heaters for the cooler winter evenings. Stairs from the courtyard lead to a large rooftop patio and the master bedroom with ensuite and king-size bed. The patio has a built-in BBQ and outdoor furniture. Another staircase leads up to the viewing tower and its gorgeous views of the golf course and the mountains--a great spot for sunrises and sunsets. Our house has a TV, DVD and video player in the living room, and every bedroom is equipped with a TV and CD player. High-speed Internet access is also provided. Non-holiday pricing is $125 per night, $750 per week, plus $125 cleaning fee. $250 security deposit required. Contact us for rates during the Christmas and New Year periods. | Aluminum wall channel is 1 1/2" x 1 3/4", to hide wires when installing wall hung flat screen TV. You can cut to length with a skillsaw, carbide blade. They have flanges that allow them to be drilled and screwed to walls, then painted to match. They are in my storage closet at FN202, and Dahir at Bahia Management has access and can obtain them at my request | ||
